LOOKFANTASTIC Refer a Friend - Competition Rules (“Rules”)
These Rules set out how you can enter for a chance to win a LOOKFANTASTIC summer holiday package on offer by participating in a prize draw (“Promotion”).
The Promoter is The Hut.com Limited (trading as LOOKFANTASTIC) whose registered office is at 5th Floor, Voyager House, Chicago Avenue, Manchester Airport, M90 3DQ (“Lookfantastic” or “we”).
By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to have read and understood these Rules and shall be unconditionally bound by them. These Rules should also be read in conjunction with LOOKFANTASTIC’s terms and conditions, available at Terms and Conditions (lookfantastic.nl).
We reserve the right to amend these Rules without notice from time to time. Any amendment shall be notified to you by email.
How to enter
To be entered into this Promotion, you will need to refer a new friend to make their first purchase using your unique referral code or link. They must spend 30€ or more to be eligible. (‘’Purchase’’).
Opening and closing dates
The Promotion will begin at 00:01 on 17 August 2022 (“Opening Date”) and will close at 23:59 on 31 August 2022 (“Closing Date”). Any entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be counted. No responsibility will be taken by LOOKFANTASTIC for any entry that is misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons, or received after the Closing Date.
Who can enter and entry restrictions
You will receive one entry for each successful referral.
You must be at least aged 18 years of age at the time of entry and resident in Netherlands.
You are not permitted to enter the Promotion if you are an employee of LOOKFANTASTIC or any The Hut Group company, their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise professionally connected with the Promotion.
In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize or reward you may win.
Prize
There will be two winners in total, the referrer and referee. Together they will win:
· A holiday voucher worth 1,000€ to spend on a trip of your choice
· 1x 150€ voucher that can be redeemed on any product(s) on the LOOKFANTASTIC website (‘’ LOOKFANTASTIC Voucher’’)
(Each a “Prize”).
Each Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives to the Prize will be offered, and the Prize is not transferable. The Promoter reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the winner's behalf. LOOKFANTASTIC does not accept any responsibility if a winner is not able to take up the Prize.
The LOOKFANTASTIC Voucher shall expire 12 months from the date of issue.
Selection of winner
The winner will be selected in a random draw by an independent judge on 09 September 2022. (‘’Selection Date’’).
The winners will be notified by LOOKFANTASTIC by the email they used to make the Purchase within days of the Closing Date (“Notification’’).
Failure by the winner to respond to the Notification within 21 days of the Promoter sending the Notification will be deemed to be a forfeiture of the Prize by the winner and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all eligible entrants to the Promotion.
Please allow up to 60 days from the date the winner supplies the requested details for delivery of the Prize.
Except to the extent that LOOKFANTASTIC is prevented by law from doing so, LOOKFANTASTIC will publish the surname and town/county of residence of the winner on LOOKFANTASTIC’s website and social media pages. If you object to your surname and/or county being published or made available, please contact LOOKFANTASTIC. In such circumstances, LOOKFANTASTIC may still provide this information to a relevant regulator on request.
